Experience: Digital photography and Imaging classes were educational for me. Before this class, I was intimidated with photoshop as it had so many different tools and features, but due to this class, I feel I have a better understanding of how to use these features to my advantage. I was able to relate what I learned in this class to my other classes as well. Mr. Martin and Mr. Fauzi were very kind and made the experience even easier for us. Overall this module was quite interesting, and I am glad I got to take it.
Observation: In this module, I was able to see my growth when looking back at all the projects and the exercises. Especially in my last project, I could tell how much I had improved in my composition compared to the semester's starting. This was all thanks to the feedback I got from Mr. Fauzi and Mr. Martin that allowed me to understand where I was lacking and encouraged me to improve.
Findings: Photoshop is such a universal tool, and now that I know more about what it can do, I have a better understanding of how it can be used for various tasks. Photoshop can be used for a simple task as editing an Instagram picture to something more complex as poster design. As a designer, the skill learned in this module will be an advantage to us as we carry on our designing journey.
