Final Project
Week 14:
Initially, I started working on Zbrush to get all of the sizes of the different parts correct, but since Mr. Kannan said I could continue working on Zbrush instead of drawing, I agreed that working with ZBrush would produce a better result. I began by mapping out the basic shapes of the vehicle and some of the prop placements.

Lastly, I added the lanterns, I ended up using the same lantern design I had made for my anatomy character so that there was a consistency and also because it was easier to reuse and make a new one.
This week I focused on coloring and finishing up the vehicle. It was hard to get the colors I had initially picked for my project one so I improvised a few parts to make it look more traditional. I took a lot of inspiration from gypsy wagons for the color scheme.

Reflection
This semester and module were extremely difficult for me; when our teachers warned us that this semester would be difficult, they were not kidding. I struggled a lot with the workload, especially when combined with all of the other modules in the semester. However, I was able to finish them because I knew the practice and all of the sketches we did were necessary for our progression. Another aspect of this module in which I struggled was creating a narrative for my vehicles. I knew characters were supposed to have backstories, but I didn't think vehicles needed one as well. At first, my work was aimless; I planned to make a wagon but didn't consider its functionality or purpose. Fortunately, I figured out what I wanted to do with my vehicle after many feedback sessions with Mr. Kannan. From there, I was able to add more personality to my vehicle design. Even though it isn't perfect, and I could have done more if I had more time, I was satisfied with what I had accomplished. Vehicle and prop design didn't sound like something I'd be interested in, but I had a lot of fun making my vehicles.
Finally, I'd like to express my gratitude to Mr. Kannan, who has always been patient and understanding with us, and whose feedback has always helped us learn and grow as designers.
